Knitted Wire Mesh

Knitted wire mesh also named filter wire mesh. 

Wire Materials: Stainless steel wire, copper wire, galvanized iron wire

Process: Crochet weaving. 

Wire diameter: from .0035” to .0200” the wires can be round or flat.

Mesh size: 2x3mm, 4x5mm,12x6mm or as the customers’ request.

Width: from 2 inches to 43 inches

Surface: can be flat or corrugated. 

General Use: It can used as filter mesh for gas and liquid in filtering and deleting the particle mixture in foam, liquid and air, by way of distillating, absorbing, evaporating and filtering process. So it used in petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, machine, pharmaceuticals, automobile and environmental protection filed.

Stainless steel knitted mesh refers to knitted mesh made of stainless steel wire. It is a nonwoven wire mesh or cloth product. The stainless steel knitted mesh is the most widely used type among all material knitted meshes.

Stainless steel knitted mesh can be made of mono-filament or multi-filament. Mono-filament knitted mesh is the simplest type, which can be used in the common applications and the multi-filament knitted mesh has higher strength, which can be used in the heavy duty applications.

Copper knitted mesh is available for two main materials: one is pure copper, which contains 99% copper and the other is tinned copper, which contains 6% - 8% tin.

The materials are knitted into knitted mesh. The knitted mesh can be mono-filament and multi-filament. The mono-filament is the simplest structure of knitted mesh and the multi-filament knitted mesh has higher strength and can be used in more applications.
